After an order is placed, the customer will receive two emails:

1. An order number / invoice when the order is placed
2. Tracking number when the order is shipped

In addition to credit card, Ritzwatches.com accepts wire transfer, money order, cashier check, or certified bank check. You will need to contact our sales department in order to place an order with these methods.

When an order is placed, quantity is checked before we charge the credit card. Your credit card will not be charged until it is confirmed that we have the watch and it is ready to ship. Please make sure that the billing information you give to Ritzwatches.com is accurate. Your credit card company should have this address on file. If this information is not accurate, it will delay shipment.

If there is a discrepancy in the information you provide, and we are unable to contact you, the order will not be shipped out. This provides Ritzwatches.com protection from fraudulent orders and will prevent unnecessary hardships to persons with lost or stolen credit cards.

We are signed up with an international verification company called Fraud Sciences. Fraud Sciences specializes in verifying orders that are have either an international billing or shipping address. Using Fraud Sciences is very easy and quick to use, and we are confident that you will find the experience a positive one.

We also accept wire transfers for all orders, including International ones. We do offer a discount on some watches if you decide to pay with wire transfer.

Please note: Standard International shipping is $55, which includes UPS Expedited with insurance and a 3-5 business day delivery time. This does not include any taxes or duties. Duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not have any way of calculating the cost of import taxes or duties placed on any package that leaves our warehouse. They are placed on items by your own government and you must contact your customs office to find out if they will apply and what they will be.

In addition, you are responsible for the duty charges whether or not you decide to accept the package.

If an international order is received damaged or is not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before compensation or replacement is issued by Ritzwatches.com. If the item is received damaged, please contact Ritzwatches.com within three business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as the insurance company may want to inspect it.

Ritzwatches.com is located in New York, and therefore every order shipped to a New York State address are subjected to 8.375% sales tax. The shipping address is the address that determines the tax status and not the billing address.
